Most-Awarded Car Company 2014 Honor Goes to Chevrolet

If you took a tour of Chevy’s trophy case in 2014, you’d be overwhelmed– the brand was the most awarded car company of the year, and Betterway Sales & Leasing has taken notice. After all, we have a selection of used Chevy models available at our Stoney Creek, ON dealership, and as an ode to the popular brand and an end-of-the-year overview, we’d like to recognize Chevy’s accolades.

Chevrolet won big at the 2014 North American Car and Truck of the Year awards, with the top honors going to the Chevrolet Corvette Stingray and the Chevrolet Silverado 1500, respectively. The Corvette Stingray was also named the 2014 AJAC Award for Best New Sports/Performance Car by the Automobile Journalists Association of Canada.

The brand was recognized for value this year at the 2014 Vincentric Best Value in Canada awards. Chevy won the award for Best Value Truck Brand in Canada, and the Chevrolet Volt, Chevrolet Trax, and Chevrolet Silverado 1500 won best electric/plug-in hybrid car, compact SUV, and full size 1/2-ton pickup, respectively.
