I was looking for a Mustang convertible online and found a vehicle at Grimsby Kia. Contacted the dealership and spoke with Geovany Martinez. From the first conversation with him I was treated very well. Geovany brought the car to my home (43k) to view and test drive. Answered any questions that arose. Made a deal that day for a bright blue 2022 Mustang convertible.
All my phone calls and texts to Geovany were responded to promptly.
When we went to pick up the car Geovany spent time showing me the features of the car.
My car was from Quebec and I found the manual to be totally in French. Geovany provided me with an English manual printed and placed in a binder. Also there was no provision for a front license plate to be attached.
Geovany came to my home on his day off and drilled holes and attached the front plate.
I discovered a scrape on the car that had not been revealed when I purchased it.
On my behalf Geovany was able to have this taken care off. The service department staff were very friendly and the repair was perfect.
I had never bought a used car before and I was hesitant to do so but it was a positive experience with Grimsby Kia. With my sincere thanks!
